For over a decade, Tamara Gilkes has worked as an Executive Assistant, supporting teams and leadership in developing strategic planning initiatives to improve operational efficiency. As a liaison for corporate executives and leadership teams, she has been instrumental in facilitating collaboration among team members and external stakeholders.
In 2005, Tamara was able to leverage her operations management skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot in Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she increases Real Estate professionals’ capacity to acquire new business by identifying areas for process improvement, developing systems to streamline the transaction process from contract to closing.
